1 cup rice flour (chawal ka atta)
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
3 tbsp finely chopped carrot
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1/2 tbsp chopped curry leaves (kadi patta)
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
salt and to taste
oil for greasing
6 tsp ghee for cooking

- To make vegetable neer dosa, in a deep bowl, add 1 cup rice flour (chawal ka atta).
- Add ½ cup finely chopped onion.
- Add 3 tbsp finely chopped carrot.
- Add 1 tsp cumin seeds.
- Add1 tspfinelychopped green chillies.
- Add ½ tbsp chopped curry leaves.
- Add 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander.
- Add pepper powder to taste.
- Add salt to taste.
- Add 3 cups of water.
- Whisk well to make a lump free batter.
- Heat a non-stick tava (griddle), grease with little oil.
- Sprinkle little water on the tava (griddle).
- Wipe it off gently using a cloth.
- Pour a ladleful of the batter on hot tava to make a dosa.
- Drizzle a little ghee evenly over it.
- Cook the dosa on both the sides on medium flame for 4 minutes until it becomes brown and crisp.
- Repeat steps 3 and 5 to make remaining 5 vegetable neer dosas.
- Serve vegetable neer dosa hot with chutney and sambhar.
