      If I have done Reformer Pilates sessions at another studio, how do I know which Session/Package to purchase?

      You have the choice of purchasing Small Group session(s), as well as any Private or Semi-Private or any of these session types as a package.

      I am new to Reformer Pilates; which class package do I purchase?

      You can purchase the 4-Pack Small Group Package, or a Single Drop-in Small Group Session or Single Private Session. Any other semi-private packages may be purchased since the instructor will teach to all levels in the sessions, providing modifications as needed.

      Once I have bought my package, which class do I book into if I am new to the Reformer?

      You would book into any “Foundations” class, which will orient you to the reformer and Pilates repertoire and be taught at a slower pace. You may also book into, Booty & Core, Upperbody & Core, and Cardio & Core as the instructor will teach to all levels in the class.

      How often should I do Reformer Pilates?

      By participating in Reformer Pilates 2-3 times per week you will see and feel noticeable results. Our expert coaches will motivate and guide you to get the most out of your sessions.

      How long before I will see results or feel results?

      Some results will be immediate, such as feeling more energized, and stronger. Like any other program, results will vary based on the individual. Commitment, consistency and effort will determine the level of results you will see 🙂

      Do I wear socks or go barefoot?

      It is mandatory to wear anti-slip socks so you don’t slip. These can be purchased at the front desk 🙂

      How do I sign up for a session?

      You can sign up through our app or by talking to a Pilates instructor who can book you in for Private, Semi-Private, or Small Group sessions.

      Do I have to find my own people to join a Small Group session with?

      No, you can just sign up for the session.

      Is there a cancellation fee?

      If you cancel outside the allotted window (24 hours for Private and Semi-Private, you will lose the session credit. It is counted as one of your sessions attended)
      If you cancel outside the allotted window (12 hours for Small Group) sessions, you will be charged a fee of $15 + tax.
